Candidates without direct WtE/Biomass plant experience will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

–  Dive into operational data from Waste-to-Energy plants to spot opportunities for improvement in Dublix Plant Audit projects

–  Engineer, implement and maintain Dublix digital optimisation solutions on customer sites in Dublix CombustIQ projects

–  Take active part in data analysis of sites to provide data-driven performance insight

–  Contribute your ideas to the ongoing development of our digital platform

– Travel 40–50 days/year to customer sites for hands-on commissioning or consultancy

What You Bring

– 5+ years of experience as a lead operator, shift manager, or commissioning engineer in the  Waste/Biomass-to-Energy industry, either in production or plant manufacturing sectors

–  A solid understanding of plant operations and troubleshooting

-–  An analytical mindset—you enjoy digging into data and finding patterns

-– Great communication skills—you can explain technical stuff in a way that makes sense to everyone

–  A self-starter attitude: you’re independent, curious, and keen to learn

–  A Fluent English (other languages are a bonus)

–  Base in Denmark as a plus, but we’re flexible

At Dublix Technology (a Yokogawa company), we work with operators, OEMs, and EPCs to improve performance and reliability at Waste-to-Energy and biomass plants. We are looking for a person with technical understanding and commercial drive.

In this role, you will

– Be out in front of customers, supporting and driving sales opportunities

– Actively engage with customers through meetings, calls, and site visits

– Take part in technical sales dialogues and early-stage opportunity development

– Understand customer challenges and help shape clear, value-based solutions

– Support sales processes from first contact through proposal and contract

– Work closely with engineering, service, and Yokogawa colleagues

– This role includes travel to customer sites in EU, balanced with flexibility and planning

What we’re looking for

– You may be an operator or service engineer turning into a sales profile

– Comfortable explaining technical topics in a clear and practical way

– Structured, proactive, and motivated by moving opportunities forward

– Experience in technical sales, application engineering, operations, or plant support is an advantage
